Girls’ Generation made waves not long ago with a popping career globally. In light of the solo release of member Tiffany’s “Over My Skin”, she opens up about taking the leap on a solo career, starting in the U.S.
She talks to Paper magazine about leaving SM Entertainment. She credits a lot of her knowledge on the music industry and her expertise in artistry to SM Entertainment. She also attributes her inspiration to her fellow artists in the label. When asked about whether or not SM ever considered Girls’ Generation to enter the Western market, Tiffany replied, “It happened so suddenly,” and added “The internet isn’t the same as when we were starting.”
